• Propose, structure and execute the marketing plans for various search marketing programs.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve top performance, whilst managing them every step of the way.
• Take ownership of projects and be accountable for the ultimate success of each search campaign.
• Evaluate effectiveness of all search marketing programs, draw conclusions, report and develop recommendations.
• Ensure deliverables are realised and align with projections.

• Work closely with the Team to align marketing and inventory department objectives and strategies. Help develop and utilize tools necessary for business development to communicate effectively with partners.
• Conduct results analysis in order to address business goals.
• Build and maintain excellent relations with search engine contacts who provide an excellent resource for ideas, information and problem solving
